Our servers are located in Florida USA in a state of the art data center. Servers are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Fully redundant with multiple backup power supplies. The data center itself has 24 hour security monitoring to keep your data physically safe, while backups being performed daily provide absolute peace of mind for online security.

Housing our servers in the high speed backbone of the east coast of America ensures reliability and speed for our clients, while being centrally located provides high quality world wide access.

Our Server 'Up-Time' (Availability)
Our servers are also monitored 24/7 by a third party company providing us up-time reports at the end of every month, as well as advising us of any network outages. Since we have been using this service our uptime reports average at 99.994% uptime. Outstanding.

Backup Procedures & Schedules
Backups of each and every client's website and data is performed EVERY night of EVERY day of EVERY week of EVERY...yeah, you get the picture. We don't take our client's data lightly, and we have systems in place to reflect the respect we have of our clients.

It should also be noted that, although our servers are based in the USA, it is vitally important that we hold local backups of our clients data. So, every 7 days, a full backup is taken all the way from Florida right across the Pacific Ocean directly into our local NZ based backup servers - giving you (and us!) total reassurance that your data is safe, sound and secure.
